Q: Can I limit the speed? A: Yes, you can switch the Zipboard between Beginner Mode (3mph) and Normal Mode (7mph) by pressing the power button.

Q: Does it have self-balancing? A: Yes, but only when you step both feet on the pedal to engage the motor sensors.

Q: How does it turn? A: Just tilt down the front pedal with your toe or heel, towards the direction you want to turn, at the same time tilt down rear pedal towards the opposite direction.

Q: Can I leave the Zipboard charging all night? A: No. Never charge the battery for more than FIVE hours. We recommend setting a timer while charging or using a smart plug to control the charging time.

Q: Is the Zipboard water-proof? How can I clean it? A: The Zipboard is not water-proof. If needed, dampen a cloth with water or a mild cleaner and wipe off the Zipboard.
